We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Store credit will be applied automatically once approved.
Returned items are only eligible for Store Credit. No exceptions are allowed.
- Please note that we do not accept returns of earrings, swimwear or underwear for hygienic reasons.
Returns should be shipped back within 48 hours from the time the label has been created. If delayed your return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- SALE Items are not eligible for returns (marked down items, orders placed during a sale period and sale codes greater than 15%)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation and Restocking Fee
We apply a 25% restocking fee to your order if you cancel before it has shipped. In case of an order cancellation while the item is being processed we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment with the restocking fee deducted from the total.
Store Credit Orders
Orders placed using store credit are considered final and cannot be returned. This policy applies to all products purchased with store credit.
International Order Returns
The buyer pays for the return label for international orders (Outside of the USA).
International Import Fees
If the customer does not agree to pay the Customs/Duty fees and WEARHAUSE pays it to release your shipment. We do not accept returns or refunds for that order.
